These Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Addendum ("DPA"), constitute the entire agreement ("Agreement") between Thinkmesh, Inc. ("Company", "We", "Our", "Us") and you ("You" or the "User"). These Terms govern Your use of our web pages and services located at thinkmesh.ai (collectively, the "Service"), including our premium stock analysis product, Lens.
By (a) purchasing access to the Service through an online ordering process that references this Agreement, (b) signing up for a free plan for the Service through a screen that references this Agreement, or (c) clicking a box indicating acceptance, You agree to be bound by this Agreement.
If you do not agree with or cannot comply with this Agreement, then you may not use the Service, so please read carefully.
By creating an account on our Service, you agree to receive newsletters, marketing, promotional materials, and other relevant communications from us. You may opt out of these communications at any time by following the unsubscribe link or emailing support@thinkmesh.ai.
Some features of Lens require payment and operate on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis ("Billing Cycle"), either monthly or annually, depending on the plan you select.
To purchase access, you must provide accurate billing information, including a valid payment method. By submitting your payment information, you authorize Thinkmesh to charge Subscription fees to your selected payment method.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order for reasons including, but not limited to: service availability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraud.
Thinkmesh may offer a limited-time free trial for Lens. If you provide billing information when signing up, you will not be charged until the trial period ends. If you do not cancel before the trial expires, you will be automatically charged the applicable subscription fees.
Thinkmesh reserves the right to adjust subscription fees at any time. You will receive prior notice of any changes, and continued use after a price update constitutes acceptance of the new fee.
Except where required by law, all payments for Lens are non-refundable.
You may use Lens only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:
Lens, including all original content, features, and functionality, is the exclusive property of Thinkmesh and is protected under copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Thinkmesh may terminate or suspend your access to Lens for violations of these Terms. You may cancel your Subscription at any time.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
